    Will my clients see all my files?

    No, every user account, will get their own folder. And only you (and your employees) will see all the files. The folder structure looks like this:

  • Client A (Client A only sees the content of this folder)
  • Client B (Client B only sees the content of that folder)
  • ...

    How do I connect to the FTP server?

    You can use your favorite FTP Client with the login information you can find in the control panel.

    Can I send files to my client even if they don't have an FTP client?

    Yes. Log in to your account and switch to the File Browser. It should show every file on the server with and little URL underneath it, which you (or your clients) can use to direct download the file.

    Is your unlimited traffic really unlimited?

    Yes, if we can't handle your amount of traffic, we will notify you and work on a solution. But this hasn't happened yet.

    Are there any restrictions to file size or type?

    No, you are free to upload any file size and type as long you don't exceed your space limit.

    Can I upgrade my storage?

    No. We want to keep costs down and things simple. Supporting different amounts of space just makes things more complicated.

    Can I install Dandelionise on our own server?

    No. We don't offer an installable version of our software. We host Dandelionise so you always run the newest version with all the upgrades and improvements.

    Are there any hidden fees?

    No. We don't like hidden fees ourselves. The only fees you have to pay are the monthly subscription fees - nothing more.

    How does your refund policy work?

    Dandelionise is a pay as you go service. You will be billed month to month and can cancel anytime, after canceling you will never be billed again. We don't refund started months, but you can use your account until you paid for.
